At The Learning Ladder Academy, children climb from one room to the next. Infants start at the bottom, then move to Waddlers, Munchkins, Toddlers, Pre-School, and Pre-Kindergarten. The curriculum is developmentally appropriate for each age. Heather Cebollero, the Owner and Director, has more than twenty years of daycare experience and a Bachelors degree in Elementary Education.

Rooms are set up for the age in them: low shelves, soft spaces for babies, tables for art, and a place for circle time. Babies get tummy time, rocking, and singing. Older children work on puzzles, books, and projects. Teachers keep daily sheets so you know how your child ate, slept, and played.

Heather Cebollero, the Owner and Director, holds a Bachelors degree in Elementary Education and is Montessori certified. Every Wednesday, Ms. Jodi comes for Music. The children sing songs, play instruments, and play with puppets. She visits every classroom from Waddlers and up, so each child gets music.

Mornings start with a hello, a cubby, and a look at the room. Babies settle into rocking or tummy time. Older children join circle time, then move into art, songs, or books. Teachers note how the night went so the day begins where your child is.

The afternoon slows down with quieter play, a snack, and time to wake from rest before the room fills with pickup. Teachers share how the day went, what was eaten, how long the nap was, and something the child did. Parents collect bags, artwork and daily sheets and head home. A child might leave still humming a song from music class.
