What a tour looks like
The room your child would join
You walk into the room your child would join and see it mid-morning, not tidied for company. Look at what sits on the low shelves, how the tables are arranged, where the coats and bags go. Step outside and see the space where children run and climb.
The teachers
You meet the teacher who runs the room, and you meet Heather Cebollero, the owner and director. Ask how the day moves from arrival to lunch to rest. Ask how they handle the first weeks, when a child is still learning the room.
Your questions
Ask about hours, meals, pickup, and tuition. Ask about anything you have wondered about but have not said out loud yet. If we do not have an answer on the spot, we find it and follow up with you.
Before you come
Come see the rooms and meet the teachers who would spend the day with your child. Children are welcome on the tour, and it often helps when they can walk through the room themselves. We care for children from 6 weeks to 5 years, with before and after school care for older children. Our hours are Monday to Friday, 7 AM to 6 PM.
Ask about hours and pickup, when meals and rest happen, and how the first weeks are handled. Ask how parents hear about the day, and what happens when a child is unwell. Hours are Monday to Friday, 7am to 6pm. Ages run from 6 weeks to 5 years. More at 6:00 am to 6:00 pm.
